Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM ET: Level 1-2
For those with prior experience who are ready to take their practice to the next level.
Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM ET: Yoga Basics*
This is the place to start if you’re new to Yoga or want to learn how to practice!
Thursdays @ 5:30 PM ET: Level 2-3
For those with significant experience with and a love for Yoga.
Fridays @ 9:00 AM ET: Yoga, as Therapy*
The class to attend if you have a specific need that Yoga can help you address, such as: joint issues, low back pain, postural issues associated with aging, fibromyalgia, GERD, IBS, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, long COVID, etc.
Saturdays @ 10:00 AM ET: Level 1
For those with some basic Yoga experience and who want to learn more.
Sundays @ 10:00 AM ET: Special Topics Series

Sundays @ 10:00 AM ET: Monthly Led Group Practice
Offered by donation. The next practice is January 18, 2026.
FREE Philosophy study begins @ 5:15 PM ET on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
*75-minute class. All other classes are usually 90-105 minutes in duration.
All classes are taught hybrid and may occasionally be taught online-only.
Important Information regarding classes and payments:
Students attending class consistently are offered the option to purchase a pack of classes at discounted rates. This structure of participation clarifies the process of Yoga as well as its intended purpose, enhancing the experience for both the student(s) and the teacher.
All are welcome to join class anytime by booking individual classes at regular pricing.
