For those with foundational experience who are ready to deepen and refine their practice.
Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM ET: Yoga Basics*
The starting point for those new to Yoga or with limited experience who are seeking a fresh start in their practice.
Thursdays @ 5:30 PM ET: Level 2-3
For those with substantial Iyengar Yoga experience.
Fridays @ 9:00 AM ET: Yoga, as Therapy*
For those with specific needs that Yoga can help support, including musculoskeletal discomfort, spinal conditions, respiratory and cardiovascular concerns, digestive issues, mental health challenges, and sleep disturbances.
Saturdays @ 10:00 AM ET: Level 1
For those with basic Yoga experience who are ready to strengthen their foundational understanding.
Sundays @ 10:00 AM ET: Special Topics Series

Sundays @ 10:00 AM ET: Monthly Led Group Practice
Offered by donation. The next practice is February 15, 2026 and start time is at 9:00 AM ET for this monthly only.
FREE Philosophy study begins @ 5:15 PM ET on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
*75-minute class. All other classes are 90 minutes in duration and taught hybrid, unless noted otherwise.
Class Fees
Regular participation clarifies the process of Yoga as well as its intended purpose, enhancing the experience for the student and teacher. Those attending class consistently are invited to purchase a pack of classes at discounted pricing. Read more about booking your class pack here.
